8k87 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "8k87" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" refers to the 8k87 online gaming platform accessible at 8k87.cam, operated by the registered entity holding a valid PAGCOR license for internet gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the 8k87 platform for any purpose, including browsing, wagering, or depositing funds.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the 8k87 registration process, including KYC verification.
• "Wallet" / "Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) denominated funds held by 8k87 on behalf of a Player in their Account, available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets, or other incentive-based credits issued by 8k87 to a Player's Account, governed by specific bonus terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government regulatory body authorizing and overseeing 8k87's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required at registration and during the operation of an Account, as mandated by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• "Applicable Laws" means all relevant Philippine statutes, PAGCOR regulations, AMLC requirements, and data privacy obligations under Republic Act No. 10173 that govern 8k87's operations.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 8k87 platform at 8k87.cam, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with 8k87's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 8k87 platform and close your Account by contacting 8k87 support via the live chat function available on the platform.

8k87 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time in accordance with Section 15 (Amendments) below. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility

To register for and use the 8k87 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. PAGCOR mandates 21 as the minimum age for participation in online real-money gaming in the Philippines. This requirement is strictly enforced.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other non-individual legal structures may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of, or located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 8k87 or its licensed game providers, unless 8k87 has expressly granted written permission in advance.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion register, including any PAGCOR-administered exclusion list or any self-exclusion applied through the 8k87 platform.
• You must not have had a previous 8k87 Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions, unless 8k87 has expressly agreed in writing to reinstate your access.

8k87 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend Account access pending satisfactory verification. Eligibility verification does not waive 8k87's right to conduct further checks at any future point.

4. Account Registration & KYC

To access real-money gaming on 8k87, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and residential address. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any details change.

One registered Account is permitted per person. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

As part of PAGCOR's mandatory KYC requirements and compliance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), 8k87 will require identity verification documents including but not limited to:

• A government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys National ID, UMID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS ID)
• Proof of current residential address (e.g., utility bill, barangay certification, bank statement not older than three months)
• Source of funds documentation for accounts with cumulative deposits exceeding PAGCOR-mandated thresholds

8k87 reserves the right to restrict withdrawals and limit gameplay until KYC verification is completed to our satisfaction. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account closure.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 8k87 Account credentials, including your registered mobile number, password, and any OTP codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 8k87 customer support staff will never ask for your password.

You agree to notify 8k87 immediately through the live chat support function if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. Until such notification is received, 8k87 shall treat all activity on your Account as authorized by you.

8k87 reserves the right to require additional authentication at any time, including SMS OTP verification, for security purposes. Accounts showing signs of unauthorized access may be temporarily suspended pending investigation and player identity re-verification.

6. Deposits & Payments

8k87 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the payment methods listed on the platform, including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ, subject to availability at any given time.

All deposited funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. 8k87 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from payment methods not registered to the account holder may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the platform's deposit page at the time of transaction.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are generally credited to your 8k87 Wallet within seconds of payment confirmation. Processing times for bank transfers and CLiQQ payments may vary.
• 8k87 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees independent of 8k87.
• 8k87 is not responsible for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or bank processing times.

All funds deposited to 8k87 are held in a segregated account separate from 8k87's operational funds, in compliance with PAGCOR's player fund protection requirements.

7. Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of available funds from their 8k87 Wallet at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that are verified as belonging to the account holder — the same GCash number, Maya account, or bank account confirmed during KYC registration.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per transaction and per period, as published on the 8k87 withdrawals page.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframe published on the platform for each payment method. GCash and Maya withdrawals are generally processed same-day during business hours.
• 8k87 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks, including requesting updated KYC documentation, before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Bonus Funds and bonus-derived winnings are subject to wagering requirements (Section 8) and may not be withdrawn until those requirements are fully satisfied.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

8k87 offers various promotional bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, reload bonuses, and other incentive programs. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds and free bets carry wagering requirements that must be met before withdrawal. The specific multiplier and eligible games are stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from the account automatically.
• Game restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino, sportsbook, slots, and other categories may carry different contribution percentages as specified in individual promotion terms.
• One bonus per promotion: Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Abuse: 8k87 reserves the right to withdraw bonuses, reverse bonus-derived winnings, and close Accounts where promotional abuse, bonus-hunting, or exploitation of promotion terms is suspected.

8k87 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Promotions are subject to PAGCOR's marketing and promotional standards for licensed online gaming operators.

9. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 8k87 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or live dealer mechanics that have been independently tested and certified under PAGCOR's technical standards. Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available on the respective game information pages.

8k87's sports betting and live dealer tables are operated in accordance with the specific rules published for each product. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and the confirmed settled outcome on 8k87's system, the system record shall prevail.

• Bets placed on events or games where a technical error has visibly affected the outcome may be voided at 8k87's reasonable discretion.
• Where a game outcome is affected by a software malfunction, 8k87 reserves the right to declare the round void and return wagers.
• 8k87's decision on all gaming disputes shall be final and binding, subject to a player's right to escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism.

10. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 8k87 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering or operating more than one Account on 8k87
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform for any money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime activity
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other players in live dealer, poker, or any game where collusion affects outcomes
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or compromise the security of 8k87's platform or systems
• Using third-party payment accounts or accepting deposits from third parties into your 8k87 Wallet
• Facilitating or enabling access to 8k87 for any person who is ineligible under Section 3

8k87 may take any of the following actions in response to detected or suspected prohibited activity: immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, permanent Account closure, reporting to PAGCOR, and referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities including the NBI or PNP.

11. Responsible Gaming

8k87 is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment for all Filipino players. Gambling on 8k87 should be recreational activity, and we take our obligations seriously under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all account holders directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Once set, limits take immediate effect. Increases to limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications after defined periods of continuous play.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily deactivate your Account for a defined period (24 hours up to 90 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 8k87 for a minimum period or indefinitely. Self-exclusion is actioned within 24 hours of a request and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on the 8k87 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, icons, imagery, audio, and video content — is the property of 8k87 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws in the Philippines and internationally.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 8k87 platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any 8k87 content without express prior written consent.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, 8k87's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8k87 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable:

• Loss of profits, loss of expected winnings, or loss of opportunity
• Service interruptions caused by maintenance, DDOS attacks, or infrastructure failures
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers (GCash, Maya, banks)
• Losses resulting from a player's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any kind

Nothing in this Section limits 8k87's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded under Philippine consumer protection legislation.

14. Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 8k87 account, game outcome, payment, or these Terms & Conditions, the following process applies:

• Step 1 – Internal Resolution: Contact 8k87 through the live chat support function available 24/7 on the platform. Provide your Account details and a clear description of your complaint. 8k87 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.
• Step 2 – Formal Written Complaint: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, you may submit a formal written complaint to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Account ID]". 8k87 will respond within ten (10) business days.
• Step 3 – PAGCOR Escalation: If your dispute remains unresolved following 8k87's formal written response, you have the right to escalate the matter to PAGCOR's regulatory oversight division. PAGCOR contact details are published on the official PAGCOR website.

15. Amendments

8k87 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via a platform notification visible on login and, where appropriate, via SMS to your registered Philippine mobile number. The date of the most recent revision is always displayed at the top of this page.

Amendments take effect upon publication unless a specific effective date is stated. If you continue to use the 8k87 platform after an amendment has been published, you are deemed to have accepted the amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14.
